For Additional Stops

Need to make a quick stop during your journey? No problem at all. We will happily accommodate your short detours. The cost for every stop on the way to your destination depends on the distance and duration, with a minimum charge.

Let us know in advance if you have specific stops in mind to help us plan accordingly.

Multiple Airport Terminal Drop-Offs

If your group is headed to different terminals, we can arrange transportation for that as well.

Toll Charges

For trips involving toll bridges, toll charges will be billed after your ride is completed based on the actual charge.

Lost and Found

We can understand the pain of leaving something behind. Although we cannot take responsibility for lost luggage, we will make arrangements for pick-up from our nearest locations, ensuring you reunite with what you left behind. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee delivery back to your pick-up or drop-off point.

Payment Details

For your convenience, we can accept cash. However, you need a valid credit card to secure all bookings with us. If you’re paying with cash, please make sure you’ve settled your balance with the chauffeur before embarking on your journey.

Vehicle Capacity Guidelines

To ensure your safety and comfort during travel, we adhere to strict capacity limits:

  • Sedans: Up to 4 passengers
  • Luggage: 3 large suitcases or four carry-on bags
  • SUVs: Up to 6 passengers
  • Luggage: 6 large suitcases or eight medium-sized bags

If your group or luggage exceeds limits, we recommend booking our vans or shuttle buses to keep your ride smooth and stress-free.
